Fly Me to You Dates include rates for my time plus travel expenses such as airfare, transport, and hotel are additional. Once we select a date, I ask for a 25% nonrefundable deposit FOR DATES OVER 4 HOURS based on the agreed upon rate then I will make travel arrangements within the following 24-48 hours. Travel expenses will be added to the remaining balance to be paid in person upon arrival. While I prefer to fly First Class nonstop when available and reasonable, I always do my best to find the best value when making travel arrangements.
